This was followed by Ms. Yogita Chugh (Senior IT Recruiter, NexGen IoT Solutions) focused on POSITIVE ATTITUDE. She further added on the importance of Positive attitude in the industry. If someone has to grow he must carry positive attitude.
Ms. Anisha Sharma (Associate in Fund Accounting, SS&C GlobeOp) laid her focus on LEARNING. She explained that for survival in the industry for longer span of time learning new skills are very important.
The session was ended up with Ms. Srishti Malik’s (HR Recruiter, McKinsey & Company) presentation where she focused on RESUME BUILDING.
