Ms. Sanjana Kaushik, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, has achieved a significant milestone by publishing her research paper titled “Impact of Talent Management Strategies for Employee Retention in the Indian IT Sector” in a Scopus-indexed journal named “Pharmaceutical Negative Results.” Throughout her seven-month-long project, Ms. Kaushik focused on talent management strategies, including compensation structures, employee engagement practices, and performance appraisals within the context of the Indian IT sector.
