Dr. Seema (Associate Professor & Division Chair, Dept. of Management Studies, Galgotias University, Greater Noida) made the session very interesting and lively by involving the science behind the Interview skills and their significance through the new paradigm in terms of knowledge and some contemporary tips and tricks for breaking the shackles of an interview. Later, she walked the students through a series of slides and 3 cases that helped the students to identify the correct blend of knowledge, vital elements, proper research and exposure before, during and afterwards of an Interview session.
The session was very interactive with a great Q&A round and ended up with many students requesting for more such sessions in the future. At the end of the session, Dr. Seema was honoured with a memento and sapling.
